1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your computer, tablet, or smartphone when you visit a website or access our web-based Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform. Along with cookies, we may use related browser technologies such as local storage, session storage, and cryptographic security tokens.

Cookies help us authenticate healthcare workers securely, remember session parameters during clinical rounds, ensure Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) protection, and measure platform latency so clinical dashboards load instantly.

2. How We Categorize Cookies

We classify our cookies and browser storage keys into four distinct functional tiers:

A. Strictly Necessary Cookies

Mandatory (Always Active)

These cookies are technically indispensable for providing secure access to Curvia Care services. Without them, authenticated hospital portals, role permissions, and secure cryptographic handshakes cannot function.

3. How to Manage Your Cookie Choices

You can change your consent preferences at any time. Clicking the button below opens our interactive preferences dialog, allowing you to selectively enable or disable functional, performance, and communication cookies:

Additionally, all modern browsers allow you to control cookie settings through their preferences menu:

  • Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data.
  • Mozilla Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Enhanced Tracking Protection.
  • Apple Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data.
  • Microsoft Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies.

Note: Disabling strictly necessary cookies in your browser settings may prevent login and access to the Curvia Care EHR portal.

4. Updates to This Cookie Policy

We may periodically update this Cookie Policy to reflect new regulatory requirements or technical changes to our software. Any changes will be published here with an updated "Last Updated" timestamp.
